I know I’m not a woman, but I’m guessing that the majority of women don’t want to put on massive amounts of muscle mass. I know some people are going to hate me for saying this, but when women lose too much body fat and start to creep towards single digit body fat levels, they start to look less attractive.
I’m not saying having that level of leanness is unimpressive, because it is, especially if you’re a competitive fitness model. But for most women, I think having cuts and veins in your arms is a bit too much. Also, having too little body fat can make your legs and butt a bitt too muscular.
